Fix leaks - a small leak may not bother you now, but if your pipes freeze you will have a huge mess! call us now to get your pipes ready.

Turn off outdoor plumbing - Turn off your outdoor plumbing! If your outdoor plumbing doesn't turn off, make sure to insulate it. You do NOT want those pipes bursting in the middle of a freeze. Also, don't forget to drain and store your water hoses.

Open cabinets and drip water - if your pipes face outside walls make sure to open your cabinets and drip water. Both of those things will help your pipes not freeze and leave you without water!

If you go on vacation... - DON'T turn your heater completely off! doing so could allow your pipes to freeze and then burst.
